HFM (formerly known as HotForex) is a brokerage brand under HF Markets (SV) Ltd, an offshore company based out of St. Vincent & the Grenadines. The HF Markets Group has subsidiaries registered in a range of locations for their worldwide operations, with European operations based out Cyprus and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 183/12.
With a website offered in 27 languages, HFM is the broker of choice for a truly global audience. The broker offers its services to nationals of all countries, with the usual exception of USA, Canada, Sudan, Syria, and North Korea.
The broker has previously won several awards for its services in areas such as best forex analysis provider, best customer service, and best overall forex broker in regions like South Africa, the Middle East, China, and Western Europe.
The daily market analysis from this broker stands out as particularly good, with the additional weekly live webinars and Q&A sessions offering extra value to traders interested in hearing the perspective of the experts at HFM.
The minimum deposit to start trading with HFM is USD 5, or the equivalent amount in another currency. However, for a deposit of only USD 100, traders will get access to the exclusive HFM ZERO Spread Account. This account offers traders access to very tight spreads directly from the major liquidity providers, without any mark-up added by the broker. The account is instead commission-based, with commissions starting at USD 0.04 per 1K lot.
HFM further offers a wide range of CFD-based instruments for trading, including several cryptocurrencies, forex, precious metals, stock indices, stocks, commodities, and bonds - all with fairly tight spreads on the most popular instruments.
For traders who are lucky enough to be based outside of the EU, leverage with this broker can be very high at up to 1:2,000. EU residents, however, are limited to a 1:30 leverage on their trading accounts.
In terms of trading platforms, HFM offers two main solutions: the popular and reliable MetaTrader 4 for download or the cloud-based MetaTrader 4 Web Terminal, in addition to the same platform for iPhone, iPad, and Android. For more advanced users, the broker also has an option known as the RapidTrader API, developed by Integral, that offers direct market access using the FIX protocol.
Withdrawals are never a problem with HFM and are carried out as you would expect from any reliable broker, with withdrawals normally processed within the same business day. There are no withdrawal fees to withdraw funds to major credit cards, but a USD 5 minimum withdrawal amount applies. A nice extra benefit offered by HFM is the option of withdrawing funds in bitcoin via bitpay or mybitwallet.
Deposits can also be done using major credit cards like Visa and MasterCard, in addition to bitcoin (BTC) or bitcoin cash (BCH), a nice feature some cryptocurrency traders in particular might want to take advantage of.
HFM offers local customer support phone numbers in 10 countries, including major countries like China, Russia, and South Africa. In addition, designated phone numbers and email addresses have been set up for speakers of Arabic, Chinese, and Farsi. Although some past users of HFM have reported difficulties dealing with the customer support of this broker, most customers report a positive experience without any major issues.

I reckon the leverage here is one of the biggest... 1:2000 is enough to both earn a lot and lose a lot, so, in this regard it's better to work on the risk management strategy not to expose positions to danger. But it's all good, it's way better to work with big leverage than whining about having it small. Plus, deposits here are free of any charges. It plays into the hands of new traders.
Exceptional broker, nothing to complaint about, good connection and fast execution, decent spread and pretty manageable. Fast withdrawals, almost guaranteed the next working day.

I've been trading long enough with this broker, way before it changed its name (from HotForex to HFM). This broker offers local bank transfer withdrawals, which helps me a lot to cut transaction costs. They also have a local support team. I highly recommend this broker to other Vietnam forex traders.
HFM is a good broker with low spreads as promised and claimed. The Zero Spread Account it no doubt the best for those who want to trade gold. For currencies also between 0.0 to 0.1 pips. The exceptional broke with nothing to complaint about. Good connection and prompt execution. Fast deposits and withdrawals, almost guaranteed the same day. Trusted and respected. 5-star for me.

Its my pleasure to write a review for hotforex which i am trading for the last two years. It has good trading platform mt4 which offers smooth trade executions. The payment deposits are instant however withdrawing take up to one business day which is acceptable in my opinion. The spreads and other facilities are also good enough to give this broker a try. I am rating them 5 out of 5 for now.

Hotforex is a professional broker, their support staff is very responsive and friendly. I haven't had encountered any major issue with them. They have handful pairs for trading with usually tight spreads on major pairs and average spread on others. The withdrawal is processed within two business days or sometimes even less than that.
Nothing much to add about hotforex, it's a good broker, with good trading conditions. Be sure to get verified and present proper documents, they are strict and thats a good sign. Happy trading everyone.

Trading with this broker for nearly one year. It almost has every desired assets including bitcoin which is pretty daunting and highly volatile too. I bet it will replace other fiat pairs if traders got the psyche of this digital asset. The spreads are average on this but it moves too fast that spreads, commissions etc can be easily covered in the profits even if you scalp. Trade execution is good so far. There is no problem with my withdrawal as well. They are always on time both execution and withdraws.

I prefer trading bitcoin/usd pair with Hotforex broker, they charge small spreads plus commission as well on this commodity yet the movement and volatility is too high that you can make good money if you catches the right movement. Trade execution is good at Hotforex trading MT4 and withdrawals are easily processed.

Six months of total experience with this broker. Overall server execution is fine. Low spreads on major pairs while average on the rest. Btc pair has also average spreads however the leverage is good for profit making. Profit payment withdrawal takes up to 24 hours with no extra verification calls for delay. They are good broker for small account holders like me. I recommend trading with this broker.
