Hat das Paket das Amazon-Lager verlassen, erreicht euch eure Bestellung in wenigen Werktagen. Amazon Hub Locker: Standorte in der Nähe
Ein Locker kann auch ohne „Prime“-Abo genutzt werden. Für Kunden ohne Premium-Zugang bieten die Abholstation eine Möglichkeit, Versandkosten zu sparen. Lasst ihr eure Bestellung von Amazon dorthin liefern, fallen keine Versandkosten an, auch wenn der Bestellwert unter 29 Euro liegt. Mehr dazu bei Amazon.

Nachdem die ersten Amazon-Locker-Abholstationen in München und Berlin zu finden waren, wurde das Netz mit den dunkelgrauen Schließfachschränken inzwischen in ganz Deutschland ausgeweitet. Inzwischen findet ihr sie vor allem auf Parkplätzen bei Edeka, Shell-Stationen oder bei Standorten weiterer Kooperationspartner. Anfangs waren die Stationen gelb, allerdings führte das zu Verwechslungen mit den DHL-Packstationen. Nachdem jahrelang das graue Gewand vorherrschte, werden die Amazon-Hub-Lockers zukünftig überwiegend blau sein. Offiziell werden die Amazon-Lockers zudem in „Amazon Hub“ umgetauft.
Wenn ihr euch fragt, wo eure Abholstation ist, ruft einfach die Webseite für Abholstationen von Amazon auf. Gebt anschließend in das Feld eure Postleitzahl oder den Ort ein und sucht die entsprechende Position auf der Karte heraus. Ihr seht neben der Adresse auch den Laden oder das Geschäft, auf dessen Grundstück sich die Abholstation befindet. Anders als bei der DHL haben die „Amazon Hubs“ keine Ziffern als Name, sondern eindeutige Bezeichnungen, zum Beispiel „Gabriel“ oder „Anouk“.
Seid ihr Ladenbetreiber und wollt euren Kunden den Service anbieten, könnt ihr eine E-Mail an locker-standorte@amazon.de schreiben, um einen Amazon Locker beispielsweise auf eurem Kundenparkplatz aufstellen zu lassen.

Die gewünschte Abholstation könnt ihr bei der Bestellung als Lieferadresse angeben. Ihr bekommt eine E-Mail, sobald euer Paket abholbereit ist. Ihr benötigt keine Kundenkarte oder ähnliches, sondern den Code aus der Mail. Gebt einfach die Zahlenkombination am Eingabefeld des Amazon-Hub-Lockers an, um eure Bestellung abzuholen. Ihr habt dafür drei Tage Zeit, anschließend wird das Paket zurückgeschickt und der Bestellwert zurückerstattet. Aktuell betragen die Maximalmaße für Sendungen 42 cm x 35 cm x 32 und 4,5 Kilogramm. Falls eine Sendung nicht in das Schließfach passt, lässt sich der „Hub Locker“ bei der Bestellung gar nicht erst auswählen.
Amazon Locker: Standorte der Abholstationen finden
Sucht ihr nach dem nächsten Amazon-Locker-Standort, könnt ihr den Abholort auch beim Bestellvorgang finden. Geht wie folgt vor:
Klickt auf euren „Einkaufswagen“ (oben rechts).
Nun klickt ihr auf den Button „Zur Kasse gehen“.
Jetzt werdet ihr aufgefordert, eine Versandadresse auszuwählen. Statt eure bisherigen Adressen zu nutzen, könnt ihr einfach auf „Abholstation in Ihrer Nähe“ klicken.
Um die nächste Packstation oder den nächsten Amazon Locker-Standort zu finden, müsst ihr ein Formular ausfüllen. Gebt ein, in welches Land ihr eure Sendung liefern lassen möchtet. Ihr habt die Option, nach den Services zu filtern und könnt so beispielsweise „Alle Abholstationen“ auswählen oder die Suche auf eine der folgenden Möglichkeiten eingrenzen: DHL Packstation, DPD Pickup, Hermes Paketshops oder Filiale der Deutschen Post.
Ihr könnt euren gewünschten Ort zur Abgabe des Paketes anhand von der Adresse, der Postleitzahl oder Orientierungspunkten (wie beispielsweise dem Fernsehturm) finden lassen. Klickt anschließend auf „Suchen“.
Anschließend erhaltet ihr eine Auflistung der Packstationen und Amazon Locker in der Nähe, die ihr auswählen könnt.
Um euer Paket an die Postfiliale oder DHL Packstation liefern zu lassen, braucht ihr eine Postnummer. Diese erhaltet ihr, wenn ihr euch kostenlos bei paket.de anmeldet. Gebt ihr diese rechts neben der Liste in das Feld „Ihre DHL Postnummer“ ein, könnt ihr anschließend auch die Buttons „An diese Adresse versenden“ für die Optionen der Deutschen Post anklicken.
Anschließend könnt ihr wie gewohnt zwischen den Versandarten (beispielsweise Standard- oder Premiumversand) und den Bezahlarten wählen. Vor dem Abschicken der Bestellung werdet ihr gegebenenfalls aufgefordert, den Namen der Person anzugeben, die die Sendung in der Abholstation abholt. Gebt den vollständigen Vor- und Nachnamen der Person an und bestätigt eure Bestellung.
